Duties

- Safely operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in various conditions and locations
- Assist stranded drivers by providing roadside support including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery
- Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and emergency responders to coordinate vehicle recovery operations
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including vehicle details, locations, and times
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to prepare vehicles for transport




- Use forklift or other equipment when necessary to load or unload vehicles or parts

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and towing equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, professional demeanor
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics and roadside assistance techniques
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers
- VALID ONTARIO TOW TRUCK DRIVER LICENCE
- 3 YEARS ON INSURANCE POLICY
