Trade Marketing Specialist - 18 month Contract The marketing engine behind our wholesale business — and the person our sales team counts on.

THE ROLE

This is the role that makes our wholesale business run. You'll own the marketing support behind our sales team and wholesale accounts — the seasonal tools they sell with, the showrooms and tradeshows they sell in, and the communications that reach our retail partners. You're the sole owner of our B2B portals and our social publishing, and you'll take the inventory stories our merchandiser develops and execute them on the wholesale side with our creative team.

It's a coordination-heavy, deadline-driven job that touches sales, warehouse, accounting, and management, and it suits someone highly organized who likes owning a calendar and seeing things land on time, every season.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES ENABLEMENT:

▪ Build and deploy seasonal sales tools — catalogs, order-entry platforms, photo packs, and market invites.

▪ Run our semi-annual showroom changeovers and keep showrooms staged for appointments, VIPs, and shoots.

▪ Plan and execute seasonal tradeshows and remote selling — logistics, shipping, and setup.

▪ Manage samples and our digital asset library, plus day-to-day requests from the sales team.

MARKETING & MERCHANDISING:

▪ Own our customer-facing B2B portals end to end — current, complete, and aligned to the sales calendar.

▪ Own our organic social — plan, schedule, and post across our brand channels.

▪ Run the communications calendar so key messages land on time across portals, email,



and social.

▪ Support in-store shop and fixture programs — sourcing, rollout, and ongoing presentation.

▪ Handle marketing administration — credits, invoices, marketing inventory, and order forms.

Work with AI : We want someone confident using AI tools to take the grind out of this role — building collateral, drafting communications, organizing assets, and moving faster through the seasonal crunch.

Skills & Experience Required for the Role:

▪ 3+ years in a comparable marketing, trade marketing, or sales-support role.

▪ Exceptional organization and attention to detail — you keep many plates spinning to hard deadlines.

▪ Hands-on with Shopify and comfortable posting and scheduling social content.

▪ Working knowledge of email platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics.

▪ Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

▪ Proven cross-functional coordination across sales, warehouse, and accounting.

▪ A genuine interest in fashion and how the industry moves.

▪ Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
