The Boss Kitchen & Bar is looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team in the heart of Banff. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, thrives in a rapid-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
- Preparing cocktails, beer and wine
- Providing knowledgeable menu recommendations
- Serving guests at the bar and surrounding tables
- Processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar
- Working closely with the service and kitchen teams
Applicants should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain organized and welcoming during busy services.
- Previous bartending experience and valid Alberta ProServe certification are required.
- Evening, weekend and holiday availability is essential.
