This important leadership role involves directing the New Forest maintenance team while prioritizing safety, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency. You will champion TPM principles and facilitate training to foster engagement, while collaborating with multiple departments to uphold organizational standards and achieve production goals. Requirements: • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred • 5+ years in heavy industry production • Proven managerial experience of 5+ years • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of TPM, Six Sigma, or Lean principles preferred
