You will assist the 1st Cook by preparing all meals, handling food prep, and ensuring kitchen hygiene. The position demands strong kitchen skills and requires working long hours on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals
• Set up and maintain salad and breakfast stations
• Clean dining and kitchen areas after meals
• Assist with food inventory and kitchen logistics
• Report equipment and food issues to the 1st Cook

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as a 2nd Cook
• Solid kitchen skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Maintain a professional and safe cooking environment
