Contribute to community well-being as a Traditional Healing Support Aide with Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority. Assist in culturally rich healing practices and engage with the community directly.

This full-time position is a key role supporting the Traditional Healing Practitioner and the Healing and Wellness Coordinator. You will help manage cultural ceremonies, engage with community members, and maintain traditional healing spaces. A commitment to First Nations culture and experience in community support networks are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in setting up traditional ceremonies and healing events
• Maintain cleanliness and order of healing spaces




• Support community engagement in traditional programs
• Care for tools and materials according to cultural protocols
• Perform other supportive duties as required

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• High school or Indigenous studies diploma
• Knowledge of First Nations culture and traditions
• Ability to travel and work flexible schedule
• Excellent communication skills
