McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Civil with deep expertise in dams and hydropower to lead complex water resources projects in Canada. You will work as a Seller-Doer, develop client relationships, and oversee multidisciplinary teams from concept through design and construction.
The ideal candidate holds a P.Eng, 15+ years of dam and water resource experience, and strong skills in AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, GIS. Travel to project sites and a versatile hybrid schedule are expected.
