Vancouver Whitecaps FC is looking for an organized Apparel Coordinator for Youth Programs to oversee logistics, inventory, and equipment. This role is essential for the smooth operation of apparel and equipment needs.

As a hands-on Apparel & Equipment Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics for Youth Programs. This includes coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring player and coach apparel orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills are key to supporting the success of our youth athletes and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipping and receiving for Youth Programs
• Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and organization




• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits
• Support seasonal equipment distribution and large-scale initiatives
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding orders

Requirements:
• Experience in inventory management or logistics
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Hands-on approach to warehouse operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Capability to lift and move equipment as required
