Insight Global is hiring an Operations Associate to assist during the bank's peak season. This role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of Canada’s registered products, including TFSA, RSP, and RRIF. Candidates must have strong PC skills and be comfortable communicating through MS Teams and Email.

Key Responsibilities:
• Check and reconcile information for accuracy
• Support the Payment Services Team during peak periods
• Explain registered plan differences and their purposes
• Communicate effectively with clients and senior management
• Use ADP Broadridge application for operations tasks

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of operations experience
• Knowledge of TFSA, RSP, RRIF products
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills via MS Teams
• Familiarity with ADP Broadridge application
