ESC Corporate Services is seeking a Customer Recovery Operator in Etobicoke, Ontario, to provide exceptional redemption service while working in a hybrid mode. Leverage your collections experience and customer service skills to enhance client relations.

In this full-time permanent position, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, efficiently managing calls and ensuring redemption processes are executed flawlessly. Your role will also involve de-escalating conflicts and liaising with Recovery Representatives to secure necessary documentation and maintain compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls and identify service requirements
• Handle conflicts and ensure timely resolutions




• Collaborate with teams to gather essential documents
• Schedule meetings for redemption processes
• Complete all required paperwork accurately

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Collections or related field
• 3+ years of customer service experience, including Collections
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills and calm under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
