Drive and manage trailer operations as a Shunt Driver at our facility. This role involves weighing trailers, monitoring bird health, and maintaining an organized yard.

We are seeking a dedicated Shunt Driver with a valid AZ driver's license and three years of experience. Responsibilities include timely trailer changes, documenting HACCP monitoring, and ensuring adherence to Animal Welfare protocols. Candidates must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Weigh live trailers before and after production
• Change trailers safely in live receiving bay
• Monitor health of birds and maintain yard organization
• Document HACCP monitoring records accurately
• Communicate with management on any deviations

Requirements:
• Valid AZ driver’s license with clean CVOR record
• Minimum 3 years of AZ driving experience
• Training in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety
• Understanding of BRC and HACCP programs is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
