Umbrella Family and Child Centres of Hamilton seeks a passionate Program Supervisor to lead quality childcare services for ages 0-12. This full-time role involves supervising a team, aligning with 'How Does Learning Happen,' and ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing environment for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations at two childcare centres
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff
• Maintain administrative documentation and compliance




• Ensure financial management of the centres
• Build strong partnerships with community organizations

Requirements:
• College Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Registered with CECE, in good standing
• Five years of childcare experience, two in management
• Knowledge of childcare legislation and regulations
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check required
