BGIS is seeking a seasoned Facility Manager III to own the day-to-day operations of our building(s) in Ontario. The role acts as the primary BGIS representative for client and tenant interactions, ensuring safety, cost efficiency and contract compliance.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive regulatory compliance, oversee maintenance programs and participate in budget development with the finance team, while promoting a culture of safety and service excellence.
