The Collection Manager will have:

5+ years of experience in third-party debt collections in Canada

Solid working knowledge of provincial collection legislation and consumer protection requirements

Proven leadership managing collector performance and portfolio results within a collection agency environment

Experience working accounts on behalf of major clients (telecom, financial institutions, etc.)

Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive account treatment and legal escalation processes

Willingness to relocate to Edmonton, AB (relocation support negotiable)

The Collection Manager will:

Oversee day-to-day collector performance and portfolio strategy





Collaborating with all Divisions to ensure long-term success with all clients

Drive compliance-sensitive decision-making on account treatment and legal escalation

Lead and mentor a collections team to hit performance targets
