Harbinger Network Inc. is seeking a Sewer and Watermain Project Manager to lead contract execution across the Greater Toronto Area with a focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will report to the Project Director and coordinate with owners, designers and site teams.
The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background with 5–10 years in construction, robust communication, and proven ability to manage budgets and schedules on complex watermain projects.
