Daily oversight and supervision of site inspector(s) for assigned projects
Monitoring construction activities, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality standards are met
Reviews requests for payment draws from Contractors and prepares payment certifications
Communicates recommendations to the Project Manager, Client, and design team
Prepares documents and maintains file management of project-related information
Requirements
Working knowledge of local and provincial building codes, construction principles, techniques, and procedures
Commitment to problem-solving quickly and efficiently
Ability to prepare and interpret sketches, drawings, and similar material
Strong organizational skills and scheduling understanding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Minimum of 10 years of experience with watermains, sewers, and/or tunnelling, open cut and CPP construction projects
Technical degree/diploma/certificate in the construction industry or equivalent in a contract administration role
