Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general repairs on buildings and grounds
• Maintain laboratory equipment including filter changes
• Operate forklift for material handling




• Assist in managing maintenance projects
• Document maintenance activities to comply with safety standards

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in building or mechanical maintenance
• Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver’s license
• Experience with HVAC systems and basic plumbing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications
