Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements
• Document and prioritize business requirements and workflows
• Test and validate application changes and enhancements




• Support ERP lifecycle activities and UAT coordination
• Develop operational reports and analytical views using Power BI

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and MS-O365
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
