Cafe Manager – Collingwood
Probably Nothing is looking for someone to take ownership of our Collingwood location. This is a hands‑on operations role for someone who knows how to run a great business day to day, build a strong team, maintain standards, manage labour and inventory, solve problems quickly and make sure the guest experience is consistently excellent. We want someone who likes being trusted with an operation and takes pride in having their location run exceptionally well.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day operation of the location

Hiring, training and developing a small team

Scheduling and labour management

Ordering, inventory and cost control

Product quality and consistency

Cleanliness, organization and presentation

Guest experience and hospitality

Opening and closing standards

Identifying problems before they become problems

Working alongside the team when the business needs you

Who we’re looking for

You may come from cafés, restaurants, hotels, retail or another strong hospitality environment. What matters more to us is how you operate.

You’re organized,



decisive and good with people. You notice things. You follow through. You can hold standards without creating a miserable workplace, and you’re comfortable being accountable for the performance of your location.

You don’t need someone giving you a checklist every morning; you know how to look at an operation, figure out what needs attention and get it done.

Probably Nothing is growing, including expansion into Toronto, and we’re looking for people who want the prospect to grow with us.

This is a full-time, permanent management position based in Collingwood, Ontario. Weekend availability is required. If you’re looking for a role where you’re trusted to actually run the business, we’d like to meet you.
