Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the City in courts and legal forums
• Manage litigation and provide legal advice on disputes
• Draft and analyze legal documents and contracts
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage legal teams
• Train and mentor staff on legal and management practices
Requirements:
• Law degree from a recognized institution
• 4-7 years of litigation experience
• Membership eligibility with the Law Society of Saskatchewan
• In-depth knowledge of municipal and administrative law
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal insights clearly
