The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, be fluently bilingual in French and English, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment for leadership and administrative roles
• Coordinate bilingual call centre and member service positions




• Support the overall recruitment process with a team
• Conduct interviews and participate in quarterly meetings
• Maintain accurate communication with candidates and hiring teams

Requirements:
• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience required
• Fluency in French and English essential
