Description We're Hiring! Join the Regional Fertility Program in Calgary 1 Full-Time Patient Concierge / Receptionist – Temporary position (12-Month contract)
Who You Are: You're friendly, organized, and calm under pressure. You enjoy creating a welcoming experience and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You thrive in a caring, professional environment, and love being the first smile patients see.
What You’ll Do: Be the face and voice of our clinic — online, on the phone, and in person!
Greet & check in patients
Update and manage patient records in EMR
Book appointments & send reminders
Process payments & reconcile daily reports
Prepare charts & assist with billing
Escort patients to ultrasound rooms
Maintain a calm, respectful waiting room
What You Bring: Computer savvy + fast typing
Great time management
Willingness to learn and grow




High school diploma (Post-secondary in admin/healthcare = a plus!)
Certification in Medical Office Administration? Even better!

Salary rate: $21-$23 CAD hourly
Schedule: Mon-Friday, one weekend per month.
