• Lead investigations into claims with fraud indicators
• Collaborate with the National SIU Investigations Team
• Provide coaching, mentoring,

• Conduct audits and provide effective feedback on claims
• Manage team expenses and operating budget

Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accident Benefits
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
