Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business System Analyst to join a Tier 1 FI in Toronto on a 6 month contract, hybrid 2 days downtown Toronto. This role involves reviewing and refining existing documentation, identifying gaps, and developing comprehensive use cases. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and occasionally business partners to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

oinclude here how those domain sources send their data downstream

what business rules and transformation exist against the data being sent to downstream tables

what enrichment happens against the data (if any)

access to EDW tables

current state business logic for action recommendation (i.e., fee reversal recommendation) and data required for executing said action

authentication scheme discovery
