Experience with one or more AI development platforms/tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain or similar technologies .
Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL .
Strong understanding of data and business workflows.
Ability to work independently and take an idea from problem definition through POC.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate or similar workflow technologies .
Nice-to-Have
Capital Markets, Investment Management, Wealth Management or broader Financial Services experience.
Experience with multi-agent architectures .
Experience integrating AI agents with applications, data sources or workflow automation tools.
Data modelling or data analytics experience.
Software development or engineering background.
Experience taking AI POCs toward production.
Master's degree or formal education in AI, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline .
