Elevate restaurant operations with Foodtastic as a Regional Operations Manager in Greater Vancouver. Build partnerships with managers and franchisees to enhance performance and ensure guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Regional Operations Manager will oversee multiple locations while focusing on operational performance, financial metrics, and guest experience. You'll perform audits, coach staff, and develop action plans alongside managers and franchisees. Your role is critical in upholding brand standards and fostering associate engagement within the restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits and evaluate operational performance regularly
• Coach managers and franchisees to improve standards




• Communicate brand standards and resources effectively
• Drive new restaurant openings and their goals
• Develop staffing solutions and retain key associates

Requirements:
• 5 years experience in Multi-Unit Franchise Restaurants
• Experience in Operations preferred
• MAPAQ Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
