As part of the Legal Services Division, the Litigation Counsel will provide high-quality legal advice and represent the AGCO at tribunals and court proceedings. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 5+ years of public service legal experience
• Proven administrative law litigation expertise
• Knowledge of AGCO's regulated sectors
• Membership in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario
