Lead NSG Group’s Environmental Health & Safety initiatives as an EHS Manager. Drive compliance, prevent occupational hazards, and foster a culture of safety in the workplace.

In this critical role, you will be the Site's EH&S; Management System Lead, overseeing regulatory compliance across various frameworks such as OSHA and EPA. Your responsibilities include developing effective EH&S; programs, conducting safety audits, and coordinating safety training for employees at all levels. Ensuring timely reporting and incident management will also be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective EH&S; programs
• Manage site activities for regulatory compliance
• Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring and establish controls




• Lead training efforts for staff on safety practices
• Facilitate the Site Safety Committee meetings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Safety, Environmental Health or related field
• 5 years of experience in glass manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel (~10%) for safety system issues
