Your key responsibilities will include fabricating tools, reading blueprints, and participating in crew collaboration. You will work independently in your weld booth, ensuring compliance with safety standards while driving efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding on specialty materials using MIG, TIG, and Stick
• Fabricate and repair worn parts to high standards
• Collaborate with team during crew talks for smooth operations
• Read blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
• Commit fully to zero harm safety practices

Requirements:
• Must hold B Ticket with A classification
• Crane and forklift certification required
• Proven MIG welding experience essential
• Ability to interpret blueprints accurately
• Familiarity with plasma cutting advantageous
