As the HSE Advisor, you will report to the Senior Manager of HSE while being tasked with training site staff on safety procedures. You'll conduct incident analyses, assist in audits, and actively participate in toolbox meetings to reinforce safety policies. Your mentorship in HSE training will be vital for employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate incidents and near misses
• Assist with internal audit processes
• Conduct HSE training and mentorship
• Maintain documentation and site records
• Promote safe work practices consistently

Requirements:
• NCSO mandatory, CRSP is an asset
• Five years of relevant construction/mining experience
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Valid Class 5 license and clean Driver's Abstract
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
