Lead the design, development, and engineering release of structural chassis cradle components and assemblies, ensuring alignment with system-level functional objectives.

Manage end-to-end component and system delivery, from initial concept through vehicle launch, ensuring adherence to program timelines.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including NVH, Vehicle Integration, Stress Lab,



and CAE to support validation, testing, and performance requirements.

Own component design activities, including DFMEA, CAE analysis, and vehicle packaging to ensure robust and productive designs.

Maintain model and drawing integrity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.

Oversee component validation processes, including development and execution of DVP&R; plans.

Manage engineering changes and documentation, including Change Notices (CN) and Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM/CODEP).

Provide build and launch support for assembly and supplier plants, ensuring smooth production ramp-up.

Drive issue resolution through structured problem-solving and tracking systems (e.g., GIMs).

Develop and validate fastening strategies, including fastener selection and assembly torque specifications.
