In this full time position based in Calgary, Alberta, you'll report to the Health and Safety Supervisor and engage directly with the emergency response program. Your expertise in emergency procedures, training, and team management will be vital for ensuring safety at one of the world’s highest-grade silver districts. You'll also develop training modules and foster safety culture among staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Mine Rescue Team training and equipment
• Instruct emergency response skills across various scenarios




• Lead drills and compile performance improvement reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory emergency response requirements
• Monitor preventive maintenance for emergency response equipment

Requirements:
• 5+ years underground mining experience
• 2+ years as a mine rescue instructor
• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR C
• Communication skills for diverse groups
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
