North Bay Regional Health Centre is looking for a Registered Nurse for its Critical Care Unit. This role requires a deep commitment to patient-centered care, emphasizing acute medical, surgical, and cardiac cases. You must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of recent critical care experience, alongside extensive knowledge of advanced life support and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor critically ill patients in a 16-bed unit
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide health education and support for patients and families




• Administer emergency drugs and manage ventilators
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of Medical/Surgical experience
• Certification in I.V. Therapy required
• Bilingual proficiency (English/French) preferred
