We are looking for a Registered Nurse to enrich our Community Mental Health services by delivering person-centered care. You'll engage with clients facing mental health challenges while providing crisis intervention, education, and case management within an interprofessional team. Your role includes collaborating with community agencies to ensure timely referrals and follow-ups for comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing assessments and make treatment recommendations
• Facilitate care plans and case conferences




• Support clients through education on mental health topics
• Document and monitor psychiatric healthcare outcomes
• Advocate for client autonomy and dignity

Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Effective communication skills with diverse populations
• Knowledge of government policies in mental health
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
