RWC Systems is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead labour planning and supervise construction crews across multiple projects. The role begins with 2–3 months of training at our Scotia Place project in Calgary, before transitioning to the Red Deer Hospital project.
You will coordinate crews, monitor schedules, manage budgets with Project Managers and Site Foremen, and travel between RWC sites as needed to maintain progress and safety standards.
