Unleash your potential and join BrightPath!What will you be doing?As aFinancial Analyst, you will work alongside all our departments to prepare and analyze management reporting, annual budgets and forecasts as it relates to Canadian Government funding. Responsibilities include:Actively participating in the annual budget process and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.Performing month-end variance analysis to budget and provide commentary, monitor key performance indicators and present key findings.Working with senior leadership team to obtain monthly business commentary and prepare presentations to communicate monthly financial results to Board of Directors.Leading process improvement projects to automate financial reporting.Effectively using our ERP systems, NetSuite and Day Care Works,
