Position Purpose
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate supports all manual activities carried out across the various departments of the plant.

Responsibilities

Perform manual and/or physical processing tasks in various plant departments;

Deburr and polish parts;

Prepare parts before and after painting;

Package products, with or without supervision,



according to customer requirements;

Maintain indoor and outdoor work areas;

Follow up on work progress with the Supervisor;

Identify products using engraving equipment or stamping when required (machine setup and manual programming);

Perform other related duties.

Job Requirements

Education

High school diploma (DES) completed;

1–2 years of experience in manual labor.

Technical Skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;

Knowledge of AS9100 standards is an asset;

Excellent command of French (spoken and written);

Forklift operation experience is an asset.

Personal Skills

Ability to work under pressure;

Solid time management and prioritization skills;

Good interpersonal communication skills;

Autonomy and sound judgment;

Forklift certification;

Detail-oriented and committed to quality work;

Organized;

Experience in a manufacturing environment.
