Apply today for more information on this exciting career opportunity!ResponsibilitiesDeliver reliably exceptional guest serviceRecruit, develop, and oversee all golf staffPromote and manage all golf-related activitiesActively contribute to the growth of tournament rounds and revenue through sales and retention effortsOversee the execution of golf outings and leaguesSupervise regular inventory checks for merchandise and merchandise displayAssist in formulating and executing the property's marketing strategy in partnership with senior leadership.Monitor daily operations and analyze sales reports, as well as weekly and monthly forecasts for the golf retail shop and green fees.Comply with all laws regarding health, safety,



and employmentAnalyze financial statements relative to budgeted goals and implement corrective actions as neededSchedule, supervise, and direct the work of all department employeesQualificationsGolf operations experience is a requiredMembership in the PGA of Canada in good standing is required.Class "A" Status withe the PGA of Canada is highly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointUnderstanding of course administration and operational practices and proceduresExceptional written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational and detail-oriented abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project coordination and delegation of responsibilitiesProblem-solving capabilities for complex issuesGeneral knowledge of social media channelsA knowledge of TEI POS is an asset but not requiredWorking ConditionsPhysical activities include extended periods (6-8 hours) of standing, walking, bending, and scoopingOccasional lifting of up to 30lbs may be requiredExtended working hours during the golf and holiday seasonWeekend and holiday availability is essentialCompensation Weekly salary rangebetween $1100-$1350Benefits/PerksTo be discussed.
