As the Oracle Patching Tower Lead, you will act as the primary interface to client DBA L2/L3 teams during Canadian business hours. Your responsibilities include orchestrating patch cycles, managing compliance reporting, and directing offshore Oracle SMEs. Strong coordination and change governance skills are essential to ensure successful execution of patching and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan quarterly PSU/RU and CPU security patch execution
• Perform Grid Infrastructure and RAC patching with minimal disruption




• Validate post-patch results and manage rollback if needed
• Ensure compliance and update relevant databases
• Author RFC/CAB submissions and maintain the quarterly release calendar

Requirements:
• Deep Oracle DBA patching expertise required
• Familiarity with Oracle RAC and Data Guard
• Solid change governance experience
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English
