Palona is seeking an applied AI Modeling Engineer in Toronto to advance the intelligence, accuracy, safety, latency, and cost of Palona’s voice and multimodal agents in real restaurant environments.
You will own modeling problems across selection, prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation, dataset development, and production behavior, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ship reliable improvements.
