Lead the financial strategy and reporting for Groupe Dynamite Inc. as a Senior Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis. Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and optimize financial reporting processes.

Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of GDI. This position involves leading a team of 3 to 4 FP&A; Analysts, ensuring financial alignment with corporate goals, and producing insightful reports for executive leadership. Your expertise will drive accuracy in predictive forecasting and enhance the organization’s financial analysis capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
• Provide financial advice and translate results into recommendations




• Mentor and support FP&A; Analysts for skill enhancement
• Create presentations for quarterly and annual board meetings
• Lead financial due diligence and predictive modeling for M&A;

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred
• 7-10 years in finance/accounting, 5+ years in financial analysis
• Experience with generative AI and financial tools
• Retail industry experience is a plus
• Bilingual in French and English for stakeholder communication
