As an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team, you will assess residents and deliver tailored nutritional support. Collaborating closely with the Food Services Manager, you will ensure compliance with legislative standards while promoting resident satisfaction. Your role includes performing swallowing assessments and counseling on dietary needs to improve overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth nutritional assessments upon resident move-in
• Collaborate on menu planning and approve rotating menus
• Monitor food quality and residents' dietary preferences
• Document detailed resident data and care plans
• Lead quality improvement initiatives related to nutrition
Requirements:
• University degree in Food and Nutrition
• At least two years of related experience
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams
• Physical capability to perform job duties
