This role is perfect for a finance professional with manufacturing experience who wants to engage closely with plant operations. You will be pivotal in driving cost efficiency, inventory integrity, and financial analysis, all in support of sustainable materials production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain standard cost systems for raw materials and labor
• Prepare monthly production variance reports with transparent insights
• Lead month-end close processes and inventory valuation




• Perform cycle-count analysis and inventory reconciliation
• Develop profitability analysis for capacity planning decisions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CMA preferred
• 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting
• Knowledge of standard costing and inventory valuation
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
