As a Registered Technologist Special, you will report directly to the Manager of Medical Imaging and Cardiology. Key tasks include conducting ultrasound exams, maintaining high equipment standards, and providing patient instructions throughout the process. Your expertise in ultrasound practices will contribute to the quality and safety of imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive ultrasound examinations
• Maintain equipment for high-quality imaging
• Provide patient instructions before procedures




• Document technical findings and notify the Radiologist
• Assess examination relevance based on patient history

Requirements:
• 3-year community college or undergraduate degree
• Current registration with Sonography Canada and ARDMS
• Certification in Abdomen, Obs/Gyn, and Physics
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work all shifts and on multisite coverage
