Join Providence Health Care as an Assistant Manager for Food Services. Lead daily operations, staff management, and ensure high-quality meal standards for clients in a supportive setting.

This Assistant Manager role reports to the Manager of Food Services and focuses on overseeing a range of food services including inpatient, cafeteria, and catering operations. You will coordinate employee performance, manage menus, and help resolve service-related issues to maintain client satisfaction while meeting nutritional standards. Your leadership in a large institutional setting will enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily food service operations and staff coordination
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure menu compliance with dietary and nutritional standards




• Maintain food quality, safety, and inventory oversight
• Address client concerns and ensure service excellence

Requirements:
• Diploma in Food Service Nutrition Management or equivalent
• Five years related experience in institutional food services
• Knowledge of quality assurance systems and supervisory skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across the organization
• Aptitude for problem-solving and managing stressful situations
