Mammoet seeks a Health and Safety Advisor (SHE-Q Advisor) for a contract role in Puslinch, Ontario. Support and improve safety standards through inspections and employee training.

Your role will involve assessing jobsite operations, identifying safety hazards, and ensuring compliance with Mammoet's high standards. You will also provide training, conduct incident investigations, and maintain safety documentation. Your input will directly promote a safer working environment for all employees and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect jobsites for safety compliance and hazard identification
• Promote safe practices among employees and contractors
• Support effective training for new hires and existing staff




• Investigate accidents and propose safety improvements
• Maintain SHE-Q administrative records and reports

Requirements:
• Associate degree in Health, Safety, and Workplace or extensive relevant experience
• About five years in a safety-supporting role
• In-depth knowledge of HSE practices
• Background in heavy lifting industries preferred
• Fluent in English, proficiency in French is a plus
