The Associate Director for Community Legal Services (CLS) offers oversight and strategic direction for the clinic’s operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily operational oversight and legal supervision
• Ensure high-quality legal services for marginalized communities




• Mentor and evaluate law students in a clinical setting
• Engage in community outreach and advocacy projects
• Align clinic goals with institutional priorities

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Licensed member in valuable standing with Ontario Law Society
• 7 years of legal experience, particularly in litigation
• 2 years of experience mentoring law students
• Knowledge of legal aid structures and compliance
