As a leader in this full time position, you'll facilitate Agile practices across medium-to-large teams, ensuring successful project delivery. You'll oversee planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives, all while maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex Agile initiatives from inception to release
• Develop detailed roadmaps and manage associated risks
• Encourage decision-making and teamwork within Agile frameworks
• Assist teams in identifying and removing roadblocks
• Maintain transparency with regular project updates

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master within Agile teams
• At least 5 years in software or project management fields
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or related area
• Expertise in Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile credentials
