As a vital part of CPKC’s Engineering team, you will support field engineering managers through effective project planning and coordination of capital and maintenance track programs. Expect to prepare requests for materials, review invoices, and conduct financial assessments with a solid focus on project management guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SAP Project Systems data and administration
• Create purchase requisitions for materials and contractor support
• Coordinate project validations and close out projects




• Review invoices for accuracy against contracts
• Prepare financial reports and budget tracking

Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 2 years in engineering or construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
• Valid driver’s license required
