ELEMENTARY OCCASIONAL TEACHER
LONG-TERM ASSIGNMENT

Assignment: 1.0 FTE - Grade 2/3 French Immersion

Daily Rate of Pay: $292.63-$618.32 per day, as outlined in the ETFO - OT Collective Agreement; prorated based on FTE accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers or have their transitional certificate from the Ontario College of Teachers

Must hold the required divisional qualifications, as noted above, to be eligible for this position;

Demonstrated experience in the assigned duties of a teacher as outlined in Regulation 298: Operation of Schools;

Proven ability to maintain discipline in the classroom (classroom management);

Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team environment;

Experience working with G-Suite (Gmail, Google Classroom, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) products;

Note – a Criminal Reference Check is part of the requirement process.
